The nurses provide a range of clinics for chronic diseases and for more general problems. They have urgent, routine and telephone appointments as well as those set aside for speciality clinics. Our health care assistants have dedicated efficient blood taking clinics including early morning sessions most days and seasonal flu clinics.

How to make an appointment

Appointments should be made at reception or by telephoning 01738628234. The telephone line is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. You cannot book a nurse appointment online as the length of appointment required varies greatly depending on the problem or clinic. If we have your mobile number you will be sent a text reminder the day before your appointment. Update your details using a form you pick up at reception, or you can download a Change of Details form now.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.

If you have signed up for text message reminders you can cancel your appointment by replying CANCEL to this text.

Patients who fail to let us know about cancellations waste time and persistent failure to attend appointments may result in removal from the practice list. Please ask reception if you wish to see our practice policy.
